A self-loading concrete mixer truck is a multi-functional construction vehicle designed to automatically load raw materials (sand, cement, aggregates, water), mix concrete on-site, transport it, and pour it directly at the construction site. Unlike traditional mixer trucks, it does not require a separate batching plant or additional equipment like loaders or excavators.

A self loading concrete mixer is a multifunctional machinery that combines transport mixers, concrete mixers, and wheel loaders.

*It can automatically load, measure, mix, and discharge concrete mixtures.

*It is very convenient for loading materials such as cement, aggregates, and stones.

*Due to its bottom hydraulic lifting mechanism, the raw materials in the mixing drum can be discharged more thoroughly through flipping operation.

*The traditional mixer used in the past may experience uneven mixing of concrete. When using concrete, it must be manually mixed several times. However, our self feeding mixer has four-wheel drive, professional mixing blades, and even mixing without the need for any auxiliary tools.

*It suits general construction site, road, bridge and some small and middle concrete component factory.

Product Structure

The mixer mainly consists of Bucket, Lifting arm, cab, mixing drum, Diesel tank, Water tank, solid tires.

Loading: Based on the unique articulated hydraulic shovel, the ingredients can be loaded easily and accurately. The built-in blade of the bucket can automatically cut the cement bag to avoid the waste of raw materials. All the ingredients can be smoothly and quickly entered into the mixing drum from the bucket.

Mixing: After the aggregate and cement enter the mixing drum, they can be perfectly mixed through the automatic pressurized water flow in the double water tank. The unique double screw blade ensures the mixing quality and the quality of the concrete (electronic weighing system can be equipped)

Transporting: Four-wheel drive hydraulic transmission device and good configuration can be suitable for transportation in any site, so that it can crawl on a slope of 30° under full load.

Unloading: The operator can use the joystick to pour concrete in 4 directions around the vehicle and at a height of 2m or more through the 270° rotating mixing drum.

Self Loading Concrete Mixer is a kind of multifunctional machinery which combines the transit mixer, concrete mixer and wheel loader together.

It can automatically load, measure, mix and discharge concrete mixture. 85 kW Diesel engine and 4 wheel drive plus 2 wheel steering, the self loading concrete mixer is just like a truck and the operator can drive it to where it needs to go. It is very convenient for loading material, such as cement, aggregate, stone.

The mixing unit is slewing hydraulically through 290° for high discharge over 2 m on the four sides of the vehicle.
